She quickly become one of the firm's most successful agents, and became the firm's top producer for three consecutive years-2002, '03 and '04.
Heidi was then able to combine her real estate knowledge and sales skills with the incredible marketing power and industry recognition brought by two corporately owned firm with offices on the island. She worked to open the luxury and Intracoastal markets in West Palm Beach and open their New Development Divisions and became one of the nation's leading sales agents. Heidi was able to not only continue to broker luxury properties but was the Managing Director for the firm's New Development Division--established and run by Heidi. She was instrumental in opening one of Blackrock's (NASDAQ:BLK) flagship Intracoastal properties in Lake Park, Florida. In 2008 she made the strategic decision to become a partner in Mirsky Cole and Company of Palm Beach and Jupiter where she could use her talents to focus more on client needs and customer service.
