JB is a fifth generation Floridian and the son of a career Air Force father. After college at the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa he worked in his families advertising company, EIG Inc., until the companies sale in 1998. That same year he became a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and traded index futures until 2003. Real estate brokerage and investment are a natural fit given his business experience and the fact that his mother has 35 years in the industry as a top producing agent, broker and coach.
